The Room was great, check in and out was very easy and the staff very nice. Its
right on the lake, and an easy walk to downtown. I would come back with friends!
It can use some updating, but other wise was great for the price and location

I've stayed here with friends several times over the past few years. The staff
are always friendly and helpful. It is located right on the beach on the Lake
Okanagan side of town. Walking distance to the channel, restaurants, and bars.

The hotel location is pretty convenient, right in front of the beach. I think
thats the major factor giving convenience. Otherwise, the motel itself is pretty
average and little bit on expensive side considering older looks and condition
of the rooms. The kitchenette was a real convenience. Be careful at the indoor
pool. Does not have any warning about the depth apart from marking on the floor.
You skip that and suddenly you llose the floor under your feet. I strongly
realized this place needs upgrade and renovation.

Location, parking, security of parking lot.
Very outdated and dirty rooms. Bed and couch very old and worn. Burn holes in
carpets.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice swimming pool, Barbeques
for guests to use. Close to children's attractions, art galleries, farmers'
market, shopping and good restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Complimentary
newspaper. Pet friendly. A little outdated, kids could not open the faucets in
the shower, because they were old/thight.

Friendly staff, the location is perfect. Parking is great lots of spots
available. Pool is nice too cool off from the sun.
Only 1 Roll of toilet tissue in the room from checkin. Had to ask for an
additional roll. Nothing major.

Great location! We loved having a kitchenette.
The cleanliness was somewhat suspect and our room was very very unlevel. It felt
like I had just stepped into a scene from Alice in Wonderland.

door hinges of room is squishing noise, lubrication is required. . we brought
our own kitchen wares and utensils. hotel should provide those kitchen wares and
to be endorsed to customers upon check-in to have some control for them for the
return. must provide body lotion . overall it is very good stay. thank you and
we will be back again.
