We stayed in a standard room, with no kitchen. Very happy with the price and the
friendliness of the office girl.
Its location is right on the highway near a lake, so the noise may bother some
people, but we didn't mind so much.
The rooms are not the cleanest though and the inside kinda needs to be updated,
but overall we though it was pretty good.

Friendly staff who were very helpful. I particularly appreciated their ability
to accommodate our request to stay an extra night. Quiet at the Villa and all
the guests were friendly too! The room is comfortable and the fridge was a
bonus. While we didn't use the microwave, coffee maker, and tv I appreciated
having them in the room.
Turning left out of the driveway is often difficult given the busy traffic along
the Skaha Lake Rd. Walls are thin so you can hear muffled conversations next
door but guests were considerate and so we slept well. Parking is limited and a
bit crowded.

Clean, very friendly staff, and the rooms are sound proof. The beach is right
across the street. There are two BBQs and a nice green space for eating
outdoors. Good air conditioner and fairly new appliances and tv. It was one of
the cheapest motels I could find and I was very happy with what I got for the
price. Very nice - I would definitely stay here again.
It was right by the highway - but a lot of the motels and hotels in Penticton
seem to be right off of a busy road anyway. There could have been more utensils
and dishes - but the staff were very friendly and I am sure if I needed anything
they would have been very accommodating (next time I would bring a serving dish
and a spatula/flipper for eggs and meat in the frying pan - then we would have
had everything we needed).

It was quiet

Owner took interest in all his guests and spent time visiting them.
It was very difficult to pull out of the drive onto the highway because of the
location of the hotel and timing of the lanes.
