When I called to ask what their pet policy was because they advertise being pet
friendly I was asked the following questions:
1. What kind of pet? Dog
2. How big? Medium
No sorry, we only take dogs that are 4 pounds or less.
Not many dogs would fit into this category.... not very pet friendly at all.

We recently stayed one night at the Super 8 in Vernon recommended to us for its
low rates. Check-in went fairly smoothly. However, was never asked whether we
had loyalty cards Since I don't usually stay at Super 8s I didn't realize
until after that they participate in such programs and should be mentioned at
check-in. Although very basic and a little worn in areas, we found our room
clean with ample room. We had a king size bed which we found comfortable. The
only thing we found disappointing was the lack of anything 'healthy' in the
continental breakfast. There was not even a banana or an apple to be found.
Bread, muffins and a few very basic cereals. I would not base a stay here on
having the breakfast included. Overall, good value and good location. Would
recommend for the budget-conscious traveler.

This facility was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The brunch, such as it was, was
so limited I wonder why they bothered.

Stayed 1 night passing through Vernon. Very simple, clean and comfortable beds.
1st floor renos didn't interfere with our stay. Overall an enjoyable stay |
